About us
MD Fit has been providing rehabilitation, personal training, and group fitness since 2020.
Train with us in our well-equipped, custom-built gym in the heart of Clark Road – in Sarasota. We love coaching our patients and clients in a supportive and motivating training environment, ensuring your training experience is rewarding and fulfilling.
We have a broad range of training options to suit everyone, including rehabilitation, personal training, CrossFit, and High-Intensity interval training.
At each session, we focus on you!
During the evaluation, we take into account your strengths & weaknesses and tailor programs to meet your needs and help you reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. Group training options, including CrossFit and High-Intensity Interval Training, are supportive, challenging, and importantly tailored to your fitness level.

Philosophy
Without sufficient Range of Motion, movements will be improper and muscles will develop in a manner that accommodates a less-than-optimized range.
Once the range of motion is developed, Stability is the body’s ability to move through that range without injury.
Mobility takes it one step further. Can the body combine multiple muscles and body planes in a full range of motion to accomplish something dynamic?
Strength is the increase in the body’s ability to move heavier and heavier loads.
Dynamic strength is fully functional, dynamic, loaded movements.

NUTRITION & WEIGHT LOSS WITH THE
“CAMERA” TECHNIQUE
I start every patient on a revolutionary new technique called “Chimera“. It cycles through 7 specific diets for several days at a time.
Paleo, Vegan, Carbohydrate Cycling, Vegetarian, Intermittent Fasting, Keto, and MCD (mixed calorie deficit) for 4 days each.
Each patient then chooses the modalities that they found the easiest to adhere to and cycles through the selected for an additional 7 days each.
Afterward, the most favorable modality is selected to become the patient’s lifestyle change in perpetuity. There is a staggering correlation between losing and keeping weight off and the sustainability of the effort.
This particular approach also has the added benefit of elucidating any dietary restrictions that the patient should be aware of and avoid in particular. c
